A passionate volunteer eager to sharpen her skills, she quickly immersed herself in data analysis. But that’s just the start of her story. Enobong’s newfound passion, the unexpected challenges she overcame, and the life-altering revelations she experienced have set her on a path toward tech greatness. Discover how the Women Techsters Bootcamp transformed her outlook on career and success!

My name is Enobong Udoh, and I hold a BSc in Public Administration. Currently, I’m volunteering as a Training and Technology Administrator with the National Malaria Elimination Programme. I’ve always been inspired by women solving real-world problems and breaking barriers. Seeing women take bold steps motivates me, and it’s my aspiration to become a problem solver, someone who can bring solutions to societal challenges while spreading joy to those around me.

I discovered Tech4Dev through LinkedIn, where I saw the incredible stories of women who achieved remarkable things through the Women Techsters Bootcamp. The training was an absolute game-changer. I wasn’t expecting it to be this exciting, but it truly opened my eyes. Despite facing electricity challenges that made it tough, I pushed through.

The highlight for me was learning alongside amazing women from different countries. Watching nursing moms, who I thought would have excuses, show up with determination really inspired me. Our facilitator was phenomenal — he understood that he was working with women and took his time to break things down patiently.

I learned valuable data analysis skills, and now I’m eager to build on them. My work revolves around data, and I can already see myself leading a team to analyze data for organizations. I know this will elevate my career and boost my income potential.

This program has sparked a hunger in me to learn more, not just in Data Analysis but also in other tech areas. I see the future, and it’s all about data analytics. What’s left is for me to gather the resources I need, and I’m confident that I will.

To others venturing into tech, my advice is simple: don’t give up. Wherever you find yourself, start there. Don’t despise humble beginnings — there’s always room to grow!
